Welcome to Carvosh. By accessing our website and utilizing our doorstep car detailing services in Jaipur, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Delivery

Carvosh operates strictly within the specified localized areas in Jaipur. We reserve the right to decline service if your location is outside our operational radius or deemed unsafe for our detailing professionals. Access to a water source and electricity at your premises may be required depending on the precise service booked.

2. Bookings and Scheduling

All bookings submitted through this website are provisional until confirmed by our team via WhatsApp. While we strive to meet all requested time slots, arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays. We will communicate any significant delays proactively.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the exact condition of the vehicle (e.g., extreme mud, pet hair, biohazards) and specific add-ons requested upon physical inspection. Payment is due upon completion of the service and must be made via the accepted channels communicated by our team.

4. Liability

Carvosh professionals employ extreme care and high-quality products. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose interior trim, worn paint, or structural flaws that become apparent after the vehicle is cleaned. Customers are encouraged to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to our arrival; we are not responsible for lost items.

5. Quality Assurance

We pride ourselves on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you find our work unsatisfactory based on the agreed-upon checklist step, you must report it to the detailer *before* they leave the premises. We will rectify any oversight immediately. Claims made after the detailer has left will be resolved at the discretion of Carvosh management.

6. Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Frequent cancellations without notice may result in a refusal of future service.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
